US Shipping: Free Shipping for all U.S.A orders above $200.

Canadian Shipping: 10% off all orders to Canada for $200 or more. Just click on "Discount Codes" on the right side of the cart page and enter the code "CANADA200" . You'll receive a 10% discount on your entire order total!

Important- Shipments to Canada: As a Canadian buying from the U.S, you are the "importer" of goods. Goods entering Canada will inspected by the Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges. It is the importer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs Regulations in Canada.

Shipping Charges: All shipments sent  USPS unless requested otherwise. Charges are based on dimensional weight. All shipments are insured and shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

USA:  Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using both USPS and UPS. Your package will arrive within 2-5 business days after it leaves our facility. West Coast orders are normally delivered within 5 business days, and 2-3 business days for East Coast orders.


Canada: As a Canadian buying from the U.S, you are the "importer" of goods. All US order prices are in USD and are subject to custom fees at the Canadian border. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

For purchases made other than via www.starflower.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their return and exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of product unless it was purchased through www.starflower.com.

Starflower Essentials will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction. For instructions on how to return such products, please read below.

Return / Exchange Policy for Intact and Un-Opened Product

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact Starflower Essentials product(s) purchased via online (www.starflower.com) can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened and in the original condition
Products must be sent back within 10 days from original date of receipt of goods.
Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY

Starflower will accept product returns for refund or account credit or exchange when there is a defective or damaged product or an error in shipping. Please call within 10 days after receiving damaged or defective products for return instructions. In-store returns and exchanges require a receipt.
Damaged Freight and Missing Items: Do not sign for a shipment until you have checked for external damage. Save all packaging and containers for UPS damage for UPS inspection. Contact us immediately.

Canada: Items shipped to Canada can be returned or exchanged following the same policy as in the US.
For health reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchange on any food items. This includes teas, chocolates, superfoods etc.

Damaged Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at +1 (941) 924-3104, Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. You may also email us at star@starflower.com. Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.

Starflower Essentials are handmade and perishable, like the plants and flowers from which they are derived. Shelf life is extended by protection from the heat and light. Shelf life ranges from at least 8 months for our nutrient intensives and crèmes to 18 months. Our products are designed for the more conscious user, who appreciates the delicacy of vital substances.
