Office Administrator:

We are seeking an experienced, versatile individual who can fill the role of Office Administrator at our manufacturing facility in Sarasota. The ideal candidate is a health-minded person who must be interested in learning our organic product line inside and out and genuinely interested in a natural/holistic lifestyle to effectively communicate the knowledge to our retail and wholesale customers, and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in office administration, phone sales and QB accounting/invoicing background. Marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We would love a highly motivated individual who is a quick learner, who needs minimal supervision, is organized, accurate, and has the ability to thrive in an unstructured, multi-tasking environment.

Job duties will include:

  • Communicate clearly and work effectively with team members at all levels, customers as well as vendors and other external contacts. 
  • Phone sales, strong communication & customer service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality in an open and informal culture, as part of an inspiring team. 
  • Possess strong attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic, and a conscious lifestyle of health and wellness. 
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Windows PC.
  • Social Media skills. Graphic arts & marketing skills is a plus.
  • Purchase supplies/materials. 
  • Organization.
  • Managing daily office operations and filing documents.
  • Multi-tasking priorities and time management.
  • Operating budget, monthly invoices, and financial statements.

Shift/hours: starting at 3 days a week, 8 hours a day (9-5) with potential for full time.

Production Assistant:

Join our production facility team in Sarasota where we manufacture our handcrafted, organic skincare products. We are looking for a hardworking, conscious-minded individual who is eager to work, detail oriented, and has the ability to multitask. We are looking for a person who leans toward a natural lifestyle and who would work well in a holistic environment. Ideal candidate has excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and ability to lift 15 lbs. Must be a non-smoker, and able to work independently as well as in a group. We are looking for someone with a good personality and who is self-motivated. We will train you on our products and systems.   • Blending, filling, pouring products into bottles and jars.
  • Hand labeling products with proper placement as well as printing and cutting some labels.
  • Washing bottles, jars, and lids.
  • Printing, pulling, and double-checking web orders.
  • Maintain inventory of all products and materials/supplies.
  • Maintain product sample inventory.
  • Knowledge of Windows PC, Word, and Excel.
  • Some shipping procedures.
  • Occasional phone answering.
  • Light housekeeping: keep workspaces clean, dishes, sweeping, taking out recyclables.
