Production Assistant

In our Sarasota, Florida facility. Join our team where we manufacture handcrafted, organic lotion, soap, bath and skincare products. We are looking for a hard working individual who is eager to work and is team oriented! Our woman-owned company thrives on a positive, fun working environment and is focused on expanding our line of natural skincare products. Our rapid growth requires another Production Assistant who walks into work with a positive attitude and a smile! 

Ideal candidate has excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and ability to lift 15+ pounds. Must be a non-smoker, and able to work independently as well as in a group. We are looking for someone with a good personality and who is self-motivated and likes to be around positive energy. We will train you on our products and systems. Job Duties include:
- Blending, filling, pouring product
- Hand labeling product, cutting, sizing, proper placement ( involves meticulous detail work)
- Washing bottles, jars, lids
- Complete and continuous inventory of all products and materials 
- Maintain samples stocked
- Using a computer to print labels
- Some shipping procedures
- Occasional phone answering
- Light housekeeping; water garden, recycle, trash, keep workspace clean


Office Manager / Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced, versatile individual who can fill the role of Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The ideal candidate must possess the following Qualifications: Salon or Spa retail financials a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent, preference will be given to applicants holding Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business broad accounting background, with at least 2 years’ experience as a Full charge bookkeeper.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is a quick learner who needs minimal supervision, organized, accurate, and ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast paced environment.
Communicate clearly and work effectively with team members at all levels, as well as vendors and other external contacts. Maintain confidentiality in an open and informal culture, as part of an inspiring team. Possess strong attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic, and a conscious lifestyle of health and wellness. 

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word
  • Windows PC
